“This is a great short story book for all ages. I was touched by the sincerity and down to earth story about the difficulties of growing up, particularly when you can't control your own circumstances. All of us have been impacted by the decisions our parents made, for better or worse. Hopefully, we all learned and grew from our experiences. Again, great book!”

“I read your book last night and enjoyed it. I even made some notes: I grew up a lot like you did. I call it “half-feral”. It was a wonderful way to live as a kid, and while my kids experienced some of that, nothing beats the way we grew up. My husband is a Godzilla movie expert.
